Jon-Paul was born in Zimbabwe and has founded a successful rapidly scaling medicinal cannabis cultivation operation in that region. Jon-Paul then created JPD Capital a private equity medicinal cannabis investment fund. Taking his experience with scaling a cultivation operation in Africa to Europe through his strong connections in the region has enabled JPD Capital to build a portfolio of vertically integrated companies that represent diverse aspects of the medical cannabis value and supply chain. Jon-Paul started his career at Citigroup before moving into the Private Equity industry working in the Far East and the Middle East.

Timothy Ambrose

Co-Founder & COO
An experienced executive, Tim has built and led high-performing commercial operations and digital operations throughout his career. Tim started his professional career at McKinsey before holding executive roles at DMGT, Trinity Mirror PLC and, more recently, Local Word Ltd where he was part of the team that completed a £220 million sale of the business to Trinity Mirror in October 2016.

Adam Dignan

Adam has lived in Spain for the last 5 years, he founded and developed Verdex Group in 2018 after recognising the potential in the cannabis industry. Since its inception in 2018, Adam has worked hard to expand and develop multiple Hemp/CBD cultivations across Andalucía. Verdex has since become one of the biggest hemp producers in Spain, developing relationships and contracts throughout the emerging European cannabis industry.
